You see, the «hamster wheel syndrome» (as I call it) is extremely stressful and makes you more and more anxious day by day. And you are not alone running that stressful wheel. Believe me.
...It's just something that we don't speak out load in our every day life.
(I was running for a while myself)
So, why is it that someone seems to know what their purpose in life really is, while other people are spinning around, more and more tired and stressed out minute by minute?
There are several reasons for this huge difference. The difference that make some people stuck, while others have total clarity on their mission in life.
If you are one of those who are stuck in your own hamster wheel, you will find value from this blog post as we are...
When I’m making decisions, I ask myself – if I was sitting in my rocking chair as an old lady, close to the end of my life – when I look back on this moment, which decision would I most wish I had taken?!
It’s such an amazing perspective – and really helps in those moments when a decision can feel really scary. Because, deep down, we always know which decision we should make. But we can get very good at ignoring our own wisdom! Very good!
So use the rocking chair test – what decision would you make today, knowing that you wouldn’t regret it later down the road?
Oh have I heard this phrase quite a few times, now that I have been coaching people regarding their dream career.
There are so many of us that desperately want a new career, but we have no clue what to do.
No. Clue. At. All.
But let’s make it real:
It’s so much easier than we think! Our dream job can be right in front of our nose.. we just don’t see it!
Yes, I said it. Right in front of our nose... or inside us, to make it clear.
I mean that the minute you start following your passion, your desire, you have the clue as well.
You see? It was right there in front of you all the time (okay, or inside you)
So what is your passion? What is it you love to do?
What is it you could do even If you didn’t earn a cent on it?
It’s often the small steps that get us where we want to go.
It’s no one that says we have to quit our job to start working on our passion!
If we just take the first step, then we can end up having something that we actually make...
That is how my chapter in Jack Canfield's newest book «The Recipe for Success» starts.
Jack Canfield! He is my hero! I can't believe it yet.
Hey, I feel like a 15 year old girl on a rock concert with her favorite band... I do! That is how I feel getting the opportunity to write a chapter in his upcoming book. I have to admit that I took a little victory dance on the floor a minute ago.
The chapter is all about how YOU can claim your dream career. Because you can. If I could do it, I will say that everyone else can do it. Even if....
Yes, even if. It's my even if method I share in the chapter in the book. It's a method that will help you take the step you need. The step towards the career and life you want.
The life you deserve and desire,...
I almost wasn’t able to share this with you.
I almost quit before I made the shift that changed my life.
…Well, actually, it SAVED my life.
I’m talking about the moment I walked away from the job that was sucking all of the joy out of my life. Maybe you know what that’s like…
Maybe you’re finally ready for a BIG and EXCITING change?!
Maybe it’s time to stop daydreaming and to actually LIVE life as the woman, mother and/or wife you wish you could be? (P.S. It IS!!!)
I know you’re so ready to:
So today I’m sharing with you an exclusive opportunity to access all the tools that’ll make it easy for you to step into your dream career….
For Black Friday, I’m sharing my exact...
I wanted to share this with you today. Because you deserve it. You deserve the life you are dreaming of...
Look, I know you. I know you want to do your best. You never want to let anyone down. You love to have fun and take great care of yourself. But sometimes you find it’s actually pretty challenging to do all of those things!
So what are you letting slide?
Maybe it’s your health. Maybe you’re embarrassed that it was so long ago you last went to the gym (don’t be hard on yourself – I’ve been there too!). Maybe it’s family time that gets put on the bottom of the to do list.
Maybe it’s your happiness
You know… those things you do just for you. Whether that’s squeezing a fresh glass of lemon water and watching Desperate Housewives, or investing some time in an online course on the Law of Attraction. Or saying no to activities that drain you.
For me - I know what it feels like when I get to indulge in the...
“I’m too old. I’m 40!” Was my exact thought process when I realized I simply wasn’t going to be happy sticking it out as a Fire Chief for the rest of my working life. I’d already been through one big career transition from working in HR to becoming a firewoman. Surely I was too old now for another switch?!
I was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Not only was my career making me unhappy and ruining my family life… I was suffering from PTSD and having thoughts of ending it all. So major change was my only option! My biggest regret is that I let it get so bad before I did something to make the career change.
Working with a career coach literally saved my life.
It all started with figuring out what I knew I didn’t want. I didn’t want to be so stressed out that I had no time or energy to be nice to my family at the end of the day. I didn’t want to be working my...
Look, I know how it feels to be unsatisfied and a little lost about how to change that. And it doesn’t have to be this way!
I’m on a mission. My mission is to help women like you, who are stressed out, who are sick and tired of their job – to finally start to enjoy life in their dream career. Why? So you can live the life you deserve & desire!
…And again, why I do that? Me – Karine, a 42 year old woman and ex-fire chief - who had the most secure job back then at the fire station (unfortunately, we never run out of fires or accidents…!) It’s a very easy question for me to answer…
I’m here to share why this subject is so dear to me heart.
I was that woman a few years ago… A woman who was so stressed out that I ended up with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), almost lost my family – and they almost lost me… It’s a long story, and I’m not going to talk about that now....
