When you tell yourself that something is difficult or impossible, it normally is. For you. Not for the person that are telling herself it’s not. She will make it. Because she will try. She might fail a time or two, but she will continue trying until she make it.
It’s just like Henry Ford said back then. He said:
«Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right.»
And he was right.
It’s all about the mindset. It’s all about your mindset.
You see, if you tell yourself every single day that you are tired, stressed out and anxious, that is also what you will become.
But if you tell yourself that you can do what you set your mind to, things starting to shift. You might not believe me right now. You’re maybe so tired of it all that you don’t know what end you should be starting at.
And I totally get it. I have been there. I have been so stressed out and confused that I didn’t see the forest for all the trees that was in it.
But when I really needed to do something about my life, I started every single morning with something positive. I wrote down what I was good at. What I wanted in my life. And then I tried to stick with the positive feelings the rest of that day. When something bad, irrititating or stressful had happened that day, I always ended my day by thinking how that day would end if those stupid things weren’t happening to me. By doing this I went to sleep with a good feeling inside. How strange it might sound to you, that helped me getting a better sleep that night.
It helped my mindset and my perspective on life.
Why don’t you give it a try? It won’t harm you. It will only help you feeling better. So it’s worth trying.
I made a poster that really helps my clients when they need to build more self confidence. You can get your own poster right here if you haven’t downloaded it earlier.
Print it out, and use it. Make it a habit to use it every single day. It works!
