We have to have clarity and a clear “why” before doing a shift in our career. After all: It is the foundation of our foundation…

So, in this first module you will build your foundation by digging deep down in who you really are and what feelings you have deep inside when it comes to your skills and what you like to do.
You might be surprised, and that is why this module is so crucial.

That’s why we so often don’t dare to make that shift we’re longing for. We give up before we have even given it an honest try. Therefore, it’s critical to go back to basic.

We start with your current situation and challenges. This will give you clarity on the present.
Your childhood is the next step. When we dig into this part of module 1, you might find some "gold" that will open your eyes.
Values and attitude are the last building blocks in module 1 — all to make your puzzle complete.

Module 2

Building the New Career Mindset

Did you know that your brain only makes up 2 % of your body weight but it hogs 20 % of the blood supply?

Your brain is the organizer and the control room in your body. It doesn’t need you or anyone else to take care of itself. You can use your brain to help you with “everything”.

The brain gives you new ideas, it thinks, and it solves your problems.

Therefore, it’s so crucial that you have the right mindset. Your mind needs the right food! (Of course, it also needs water and vitamins etc., but that’s a different story).

In this module we are going to work on your fears, and I will use a part of the method I use when I train fire departments around Norway when it comes to their mindset and their fears. Remember that fear is one of the BIG mindblocks we have. We need to close the gap between your fears and reality.

Module Highlights:

You will learn techniques which you must use to stay on track. This is important before you start creating goals that stick in module 3.

We are going to work on what mindset really is and why having the right mindset is crucial when you want to make a shift in your career. And of course: you will learn how to build that specific mindset you need right now.

You are going to make your own motivational quote! It's easier than you think, and it will be your own "mindset coach" on your way to a new career.
You will learn about the morning routine that will fast track your way to your goal.
We are going to work on your mindblocks. This part is where many students got their "a-ha moment".

Module 3

Creating a goal that sticks

This week I want you to understand the importance of creating a goal when it comes to a new career.

I also want you to understand why some of us reach our goals, but others just stay unfulfilled. We are going to create your own career goal this week, and like Lawrence J. Peter said:

"If you don’t know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else."

Is that true or not? ...It’s true.

We need to have a goal. A clear goal that actually sticks. And that is what you are going to do this week!

Planning is absolutely vital for your transformation.

It’s like a road and a roadmap. If one road is closed, you will need your map (or your GPS) to find out where you can go instead to reach your destination. It’s the same with your life and your career. If something happens, you might need to go in another direction.

With your planning in order, it will help you avoid making wrong, hasty decisions.
